The relief embossing method is used for volumetric embossing of fabric.
The process consists in hot stamping of the fabric, placed between two stamps - a matrix and a patrix. The matrix is fixed on the work table of the heat press and has a concave relief. The patrix, in turn, is screwed onto the heating plate and heated to the required temperature. The temperature, force and time of pressing are selected experimentally, depending on the material.
The material of the stamp can be changed according to the individual order.
