This heater was created at TempStamp facilities specifically for burning pallets.
The pallet heater allows you to heat a cliche with a size of 110x70 mm to a temperature of over 550 ° C (red) and maintain it throughout the entire operation time.
This tool is made taking into account the wishes of our customers and contains simple and effective solutions to increase productivity.
Extreme simplicity and rigidity, combined with protective elements, can withstand heavy daily loads and operation by low-skilled personnel.
The heater is equipped with a fuse, a switch and a removable stand. The presence of an effective thermal barrier increases the temperature of the stamp, increases the efficiency and slows down the transfer of heat to other elements of the heater. The terminals of the heating elements and the wiring are reliably protected by a corrugated pipe and a tin box.
